Connections and chances.

It's not common at all to send two close newsletters but I just think this could be someway useful...
I am Gabriele Lopez and as usual you can forward this to people that may be interested or unsubscribe easily at the bottom.
Everything is ephemere is an open call/collaboration that got my attention for the way it was build and imagined. A sort of non-competitive collaboration, with people I always looked at with joy and respect.
They are having their opening now, on Tokyo with pictures from many people I always admired. Glad to be in.
I really wish I could have the chance to visit Tokyo for the opening but this is not possible for me, but since I know there are Tokyo readers here, maybe this can be a chance to know a reality that is doing something interesting and true. If there's one thing that photography gave me back is that got me connected with good people, and there's no better way to do it than in real-life.
This makes me a little melancholic about a Tokyo trip I still want to continue. I have wonderful memories of my weeks there... But forget me, let's just enjoy the exhibition and their project if you have a chance!
The London Dispatch
The London Dispatch is a beautiful 'zine from Francesco Quarato that I had the pleasure and privilege to work on recently with the Broken Poems project.
With his one camera-one lens combination, it's a personal view of his London experience.

You will be able to see a copy in the Broken Poems darkroom, at Foto Ottica Cavour camera shop in Milan and get copies for sale at Armani Books in Milan from 8 October or just take some time to say hello to Francesco and get a copy. Hopefully a new connection may exist.
