Hello, this is Gabriele and this is one of my few yearly newsletter that keep a group of friends in direct touch.
DIY#14
If you are reading this everything worked out fine and a new DIY Night is scheduled.
I’m writing a draft now but I will send it while I will be in Tokyo if everything will work out fine.
The DIY Night project it’s something that I’m truly in love with.
With no sponsors, brands, no open call or any form of competition and free of charge for who joins it’s just a symbol of friendship and open collaboration between people with an interest for self publishing.
A bit of punk attitude it’s always been involved in a natural way.
The project is OPEN and FREE to who wants to join, so if anyone is interested, please get back in touch!!
Then again it’s always a wonderful way to meet, and enjoy photography as an excuse for living a few hours together.
Many publications will be present, every little sale makes the new one possible, I can’t believe it’s our 14th episode!

Oncoming things
As this has been a year full of changes, I have some plans in my mind about what to do next. In the present moment I have completed the Red Room library, a resource that I will love to share during many friendly activities in a small space that looks like a shelter and a space for collaborations.
There’s a lot to write about, but for the moment I’ll just stop here, now it’s time for getting the bag ready, say hello to a few loved ones and enjoy some time with Alessia and our two cats.
